From Honolulu, take the Pali Highway towards Kailua. Past the intersection of Pali Highway (61) and Kamehameha Highway (83), continue straight towards Kailua on Kalanianaole Highway (72). Turn right at the Auloa Road inter-section. After a short distance there's a fork in the road. Turn left and go up Maunawili Road. There's no street sign at the fork in the road.
The neighborhood is comprised of two sections. Maunawili Park is the area closer to Kalanianaole Highway. Continue through Maunawili Park and drive up the "winding road" to enter Maunawili Estates.
