Country Club Knoll map and how to get there
From Honolulu, take the Pali Highway (61) to Kailua. Continue into Kailua town and go to the end of Ku'ulei Road. At the intersection, take a right turn onto South Kalaheo Avenue. Drive past Kailua Beach Park and across Kaelepulu stream bridge. Buzz's Steak House will be on your right. Continue on Kawailoa Road then turn right at the intersection with Alala Road and you've reached Country Club Knoll.
