In October, four homes sold in Waikele. Average time on market was just 26 days - that is fast! Home sizes averaged three bedrooms with two and a half baths, 1,460 square feet interior on 4,640 square foot lots.
The average Waikele single family home sale price was $582,500, which was 97% of the listed price.
Today there are five active listings, ranging from $500,000 to $699,999. Four homes are in escrow with list prices from $499,000 to $715,000.
