La Pietra townhome on sale

Interior size is 2,622 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths. Association fees are $1,400 and real property taxes are $475 per month.
I had an opportunity to look at the townhome this week. It's in mostly original condition - in other words, ready for a complete remodel. Parking is immediately to the left of the townhome. Walking in the front door, there's a hallway leading to the dining room and the kitchen. On the left is the living room with its high ceiling and stairs to the bedrooms upstairs. The third bedroom is located on the ground level (windows to the third bedroom can be seen in the first picture below, to the right of the front door). A half bathroom is in the hallway near the front door. Both bedrooms upstairs have full bathrooms and lanais. Downstairs just outside the livingroom there's a large lanai and then the fenced backyard.
